1. Create Your Profile to Get Matched
Tell us about your coaching background, experience level, time zone, language, and coaching interest. Then we will connect you with compatible coaching partners.
2. Schedule Coaching Sessions with Your Assigned Partner
Meet virtually using your preferred video platform. Most members exchange 60-90 minutes sessions where each coach has an opportunity to coach and be coached.
3. Practice and Repeat to Fulfill Your ICF Requirements
Continue practicing with your current partner and receive new matches as requested. The more you practice, the stronger your coaching becomes, and the more coaching practice hours you earn.
