Coach Practice Exchange is a platform that helps coaches connect with other coaches for reciprocal coaching practice. It is designed to make it easier to find coaching partners, practice real coaching conversations, and build coaching experience in a structured, professional way.
It is for coaches and coach trainees who want more opportunities to practice coaching with other coaches. Members may be working toward a credential, completing coach training, developing confidence, or simply looking for ongoing peer coaching experience. All levels of coaches are welcome. You can request a specific coaching experience level in your match preference.
Both coaches should have an opportunity to coach and to be coached. Partners may alternate coaching sessions, divide time within a session, or agree on another format that works well for both of them.
Members complete a coach profile and submit a match request. The matching system considers factors such as coaching experience, coaching focus, scheduling compatibility, time zone, pronoun preferences, and the preferences selected by both coaches. Matches are then created from the available waiting pool.
Choose an Access Plan, checkout, complete your coach profile, submit a match request, and wait for your first coaching partner. Once both of you accept the match, you can connect and start practicing.
Coach Practice Exchange is designed to create matches based on profile information and matching preferences rather than allowing members to browse and select specific individuals.

Coach Practice Exchange is not affiliated directly with ICF. However, we support coaches who are building coaching experience confidence. Most coaches who use our services are earning hours for their ICF credentials and their hours have been accepted.
We make it easy to find a practice partner. The Exchange gives coaches a structured way to connect with people who are actively looking for reciprocal coaching, while also taking relevant compatibility preferences into account.
